Brown Rice Miso Soup
2 c water
1/4 c cooked brown rice
1/8 c cooked mung beans
1/8 c chopped kale
1/8 c fresh corn
1 mushroom, sliced
3 snow peas, sliced
1 tbsp brown rice miso paste
Boil water in saucepan. Add brown rice, mung beans, corn, and snow peas. Lower temperature to simmer. Cook 1 minute longer. Stir in miso paste and serve.
